The content of regular maintenance 

After the new machine works for 250H, the fuel filter element and additional fuel filter element should be replaced; check the clearance of the engine valve.

② Daily maintenance; check, clean or replace the air filter element; clean the inside of the cooling system; check and tighten the track plate bolts; check and adjust the anti-tension tightness of the track; check the air inlet heater; replace the bucket teeth; adjust the bucket clearance; check the front window cleaning liquid level; check and adjust the air conditioner; clean the floor in the cab; replace the crusher filter element (optional accessories). When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly loosen the water injection cover to release the internal pressure of the water tank, and then the water can be discharged; Do not perform cleaning work when the engine is working, the high-speed rotating fan will cause danger; when cleaning or replacing the coolant, the machine should be parked on a level ground.

③ Inspection items before starting the engine. Check the height of the coolant level (add water); Check the engine oil level, add oil; Check the fuel oil level (add fuel); Check the hydraulic oil level (add hydraulic oil); Check whether the air filter is blocked; Check the wire; Check whether the horn is normal; Check the lubrication of the bucket; Check the water and sediment in the oil-water separator.

④ Per 100 maintenance items. Boom cylinder head pin; boom foot pin; boom cylinder rod end; bucket rod cylinder head pin; boom arm, bucket rod connecting pin; bucket rod cylinder rod rod end; bucket cylinder head pin; half rod connecting pin; bucket rod, bucket cylinder rod rod end; bucket cylinder head pin; bucket rod, bucket cylinder rod end; bucket cylinder head pin; bucket rod connecting pin; check the oil level in the rotary mechanism box (add oil); drain water and sediment from the fuel tank.

⑤ Every 250H maintenance items. Check the oil level in the final transmission box (add gear oil); check the battery electrolyte; replace the oil in the engine oil pan and replace the engine filter element; lubricate the slewing bearing (2 places); check

Check the tension of the fan belt, and check the tension of the air conditioner compressor belt, and make adjustments.

(6) Every 500h maintenance items. Simultaneously carry out every 100 and 250H maintenance items; replace the fuel filter element; check the height of the rotary pinion grease (add grease); check and clean the radiator heat sink, oil cooler heat sink and cooler heat sink; replace the hydraulic oil filter element; replace the oil in the final transmission box (only for the first time at 500h, after 1000h); clean the air filter element inside and outside the air conditioner system; replace the hydraulic oil vent filter element.

0006 Maintenance items every 1000h. Simultaneously carry out maintenance items every 100, 250 and 500h; replace the oil in the rotary mechanism box; check the oil level of the shock absorber housing (return oil); check all fasteners of the turbocharger; check the clearance of the turbocharger rotor; check and replace the tension of the generator belt; replace the anti-corrosion filter element; replace the oil in the final transmission box.

Every 2000h maintenance items. First complete the maintenance items every 100, 250, 500 and 1000h; clean the hydraulic tank filter; clean and check the turbocharger; check the generator and start motor; check the engine valve clearance (and adjust); check the shock absorber.

Maintenance above 4000h. Check the pump every 4000h; add the replacement of hydraulic oil every 5000h.

< unk > Long-term storage. When the machine is stored for a long time, in order to prevent the hydraulic cylinder piston rod from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground; the whole machine should be washed and dried and stored in a dry indoor environment; if conditions are limited, it can only be stored outdoors

When storing, the machine should be parked on a well-drained cement floor; before storage, fill up the fuel tank, lubricate all parts, replace the hydraulic oil and oil, apply a thin layer of butter to the exposed metal surface of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod, remove the negative terminal of the battery, or remove the battery and store it separately; add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze to the cooling water according to the lowest ambient temperature; start the engine once a month and operate the machine to lubricate the moving parts and charge the battery at the same time; turn on the air conditioner and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
